I asked if I could give a review and I have to give a shout out to Rain Drop Car Wash 💧First of all to, Isaiah. He is an amazing manager. He is courteus, kind, and so helpful. When i needed help, he was there. When I asked questions, he offered soultions. He went above and beyond and I'm grateful. If your looking for a place to have your car washed, come here. You won't be disappointed. I am also so thankful for the location and convenience 🏪.

I had a very disappointing experience with Raindrop Car Wash at Grayson Valley. The front and rear driver-side rims on my vehicle were damaged after going through their car wash. These were not old or previously damaged rims. I had the rims newly installed the afternoon before visiting the car wash the following morning, and I provided proof of that installation along with a photo of the rims taken that same morning before going to the car wash. Raindrop denied responsibility and claimed the damage was pre-existing, but they did not provide any specific evidence showing that the damage existed before my vehicle entered the wash. Their response appeared to be a generic form letter filled with broad statements about trust, integrity, safety, and customer care, but it gave no meaningful explanation of how they reached their conclusion. The damage was to the front and rear driver-side rims, which are the same wheels that pass through the metal track system. Given the timing, the installation proof, and the location of the damage, I expected a serious and specific review. Instead, it took about a week to receive what appeared to be a standard denial. Came to Raindrop in Grayson Valley. Not my first time coming, but definitely my first time with this new staff — they are amazing! I had something sticky on my truck, and these guys got down and scrubbed my car without me even asking. Excellent customer service. I will definitely come back again and again. Shoutout to Robert, Trevor, and Josh!

I had a great experience at the car wash thanks to Joshua, the site manager! He went above and beyond with customer service and took the time to tell me about all the free services they offer. It’s rare to find someone so helpful, friendly, and professional. I was really impressed with how welcoming and informative he was. Excellent customer service like this definitely keeps customers coming back!

Colt has gone out of his way time and time again to ensure that I am taken care of! I have never felt so cared for at a car wash. He is one of the hardest workers I’ve been met and does what it takes to make sure each and every customer is treated with the best care possible. If every company had an employee that worked as hard as Colt this world would be a much better place!
